  • You’ll stay at The Barn at Plas Ashpool, a beautifully designed countryside property set in the Vale of Clwyd, surrounded by open landscapes and scenic views near Snowdonia and Anglesey.

    The space features a large open-plan living area, bespoke kitchen, outdoor terrace, snug, games room, and comfortable shared bedrooms, creating the perfect environment to relax, connect, and unwind outside of London.

    Accommodation is shared to encourage a more social and community-focused experience, while still maintaining a high level of comfort and quality throughout the venue.

  • Professionally prepared, high-protein plant-based meals designed to fuel movement, support recovery, and keep energy levels consistent throughout the weekend.

    No processed foods, no alcohol. Just clean, high-quality nutrition that helps you feel lighter and clearer.

  • A structured mix of outdoor physical activities designed to get you moving in a fresh environment away from the gym. The weekend includes a guided hike, outdoor group workouts, trail run, and the option to wild swim or cold plunge. The focus is on enjoyable, energising movement that helps you disconnect from routine, explore new surroundings, and feel physically and mentally recharged.

  • A small group of like-minded fitness professionals spending the weekend together in a relaxed and supportive environment.

    Shared meals, activities, and downtime create natural opportunities for conversation, new friendships, and genuine connection without the pressure of networking or competition.

  • Guided recovery sessions designed to improve mobility, breathing, and nervous system regulation so you leave feeling physically lighter and mentally clearer. These sessions focus on recovery, stress reduction, and restoring energy so you can perform better in both work and training.

Whether it’s reading, journalling, taking a nap, sitting with a coffee, or simply relaxing between activities, this space allows you to properly switch off and recharge, something many people rarely make time for in everyday life.

What’s Included

  • Personal trainers, coaches and fitness professionals based in the UK who want to step away from their routine, recharge properly and connect with like-minded people outside of a gym environment.

  • Everything. 3 nights accommodation at a private countryside property, all meals prepared by a private chef, all activities including hiking, trail running, outdoor workouts, cold plunge and recovery sessions. The only thing not included is travel to and from North Wales.

  • You'll be staying at The Barn at Plas Ashpool, a beautifully designed private property in the Vale of Clwyd near Snowdonia. Accommodation is shared rooms to keep the experience social and community focused while maintaining a high level of comfort throughout.

  • The activities are designed to be enjoyable and energising rather than punishing. If you train regularly as part of your job you'll be absolutely fine. The weekend is about movement and reset, not performance.

  • The retreat is in North Wales, roughly 3-4 hours from London. Most guests will be travelling from London and we'll coordinate shared travel and lift sharing closer to the date to make it as easy as possible.

  • Most guests arrive solo and that's completely by design. Everyone on the retreat is in the same position — a PT or coach from London who wanted something different. The small group size, shared meals and activities mean you'll feel comfortable within the first few hours. People leave having made genuine friendships. You don't need to know anyone to get the most out of it.

  • All meals are high protein and plant based. If you have specific allergies or requirements let us know on your application and we'll make sure you're catered for.

  • Yes. A deposit is required to secure your spot with the remaining balance due closer to the retreat date. Full details will be confirmed on your intro call with Tom.
